Zupito is an online platform that connects customers with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, local shops, and delivery partners for the purchase and delivery of food, groceries, medicines, parcels, and other eligible products.
To use Zupito, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When placing an order, you agree that:

Product availability is subject to confirmation by the respective store or restaurant.
Orders may be cancelled if products become unavailable or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary because of weather, traffic, store preparation time, or other operational factors.
Prices displayed in the App are provided by the respective merchants.
Delivery charges, taxes, packaging fees, and other applicable charges will be shown before checkout.
Payments may be made using supported online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout.
Orders may be cancelled only in accordance with Zupito's cancellation policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or another appropriate method, depending on the circumstances.
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation or delivery has started.
Zupito works with independent delivery partners to fulfill deliveries.
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Weather conditions
Traffic
Store preparation delays
High order volume
Technical issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.
Where medicines or regulated products are offered:
Certain products may require a valid prescription.
Customers are responsible for providing any legally required documentation.
Zupito and its partner pharmacies reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Provide false or misleading information.
Misuse promotional offers or referral programs.
Harass, threaten, or abuse delivery partners, merchants, support staff, or other users.
Attempt to interfere with the App's security or operation.
Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
You may submit ratings, reviews, and feedback regarding orders.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
The content is truthful and based on your experience.
It does not contain offensive, illegal, or defamatory material.
Zupito reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Referral rewards are subject to the rules and eligibility criteria established by Zupito.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue referral programs at any time and to cancel rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity.
All content available within the App, including logos, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Zupito and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
Your use of Zupito is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zupito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Delayed deliveries.
Product availability.
Merchant errors.
Technical interruptions.
Third-party services.
Events beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective when published within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
